The terms that govern access to and use of StormScroll

These Terms govern your access to and use of StormScroll, including paid subscriptions.
StormScroll is a website where you can read web novels in English. Some chapters are free; the most recent chapters of some novels are "Early Access" and are available to subscribers. By creating an account or using StormScroll, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund and Dispute Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Novels, chapters, and features may be added, changed, or removed as the service develops, and we do not promise that any novel will be updated on a particular schedule.
Early Access is a paid subscription at the price shown on our pricing page. It renews automatically each month and the applicable charge is made to your saved payment method until you cancel. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings → Billing. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record, and its buyer terms also apply to the transaction. If we change the price, we will tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal.
The novels, translations, text, design, and logo on StormScroll belong to us, our authors, or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, or sell chapters; scrape or bulk-download content; use the content to train machine-learning models; or bypass the Early Access restriction.
If you believe content on StormScroll infringes your copyright, email support@stormscroll.com with the page address, a description of your work, your contact details, a statement that you are acting in good faith and that the information is accurate, and your signature (typed is fine). We will review it promptly and remove content where appropriate.
Do not use StormScroll to violate law or third-party rights; attack, overload, or probe the service; try to access accounts or data that are not yours; upload malicious code; harass others or post unlawful, hateful, or infringing material in any comment or community feature we offer; or evade limits or restrictions.
You can stop using StormScroll and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or security issues, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. If we end a paid subscription for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of the current period.
The service is provided on an "as available" basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular feature set. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StormScroll is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused solely by third-party services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms as the service changes and will identify material changes through the service or another reasonable notice. Product and billing questions can be sent to support@stormscroll.com; privacy requests can be sent to privacy@stormscroll.com. Applicable legal notices and dispute-resolution information will be provided as required by law.
