How StormScroll uses essential cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies
2026/10/01
StormScroll currently uses only the cookies and browser storage needed for sign-in, security, interface preferences, and site operation.
This policy covers cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies used on StormScroll. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
StormScroll uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect sign-in requests, preserve secure callback state (for example when you sign in with Google), and deliver the account features you request. Disabling these cookies may prevent sign-in or other core functions, including reading Early Access chapters, from working.
When you subscribe, you are taken to our payment provider's secure checkout and billing pages. Those pages may set their own cookies under the provider's own policies.
StormScroll does not currently use advertising cookies or non-essential behavioral tracking cookies. Because only essential technologies are enabled, we do not currently show a non-essential-cookie consent banner.
If StormScroll introduces analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking, this policy will identify the providers, purposes, and retention periods. Where required, those technologies will remain disabled until you make a consent choice, and a preference control will be provided.
You can delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Clearing essential storage may sign you out or remove local preferences.
Questions about cookies or browser storage can be sent to privacy@stormscroll.com.
